This policy explains how Nexora Collective ("Nexora", "we", "us"), based in New Delhi, India, handles the personal data you share with us through www.nexoraix.in. It is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Details you enter in our enquiry form: brand or company name, phone number, email address and the service you are interested in.
• Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email, Instagram or LinkedIn.
• Anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, device type, country) collected by Vercel Analytics. This does not use cookies or identify you personally.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, discuss a possible project with you, and send you proposals you have asked for. We do not sell your data or share it for other companies' marketing.

Consent

By submitting the enquiry form or messaging us, you consent to us contacting you about your enquiry. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us, and we will stop contacting you.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet accessible only to the Nexora team. Messages stay in the platform you used to contact us (for example WhatsApp or Gmail).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months, or for as long as we work together, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email business@nexoraix.in and we will respond within 30 days.
